This is a replay of one of my best workshops on working with the nervous system. It is for any and all humans, you do not need to know anything about my work or somatic work. Even if you are 'advanced' I am sure that you will learn something! This will be a blend of deep nervous system recalibration (and building up capacity), emotional integration and a form of embodied spiritual remembrance.

If you don't know what that means, thats cool. I will be teaching everyone from the ground up. I will explain everything and guide you throughout the whole experience. This work has been a saving grace for both me and my clients during this extremely initiatory time on Earth.
